QuikStore Shopping Cart Software System License

This is a legal agreement between the software licensee (you) and iSoft-Solutions, inc. , 7722 Butler Rd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29588. By installing this software you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

iSoft-Solutions, inc. grants you the license to install and use one copy of the enclosed, or downloaded QuikStore Shopping Cart Software system, hereinafter referred to as "The Software", as follows:

A license is provided to the purchaser for use of the software on their own personal or company registered web site. This is qualified by the web site domain name having been registered by the purchaser or the purchasers company as the administrative contact via InterNIC Registration Services, http://rs.internic.net/index.html.

Any additional web site domains not registered to the original purchaser will require the purchase of additional software licenses.

QuikStore License Agreement Exceptions

Web site designers may purchase a software license for resale, to be used for creating web sites for their customers. However, iSoft-Solutions, inc. requires the designer to supply the customer's name and web site URL address for verification of legal use as per the standard software license agreement. Only one copy of the software per site is allowed. 

Copyright Information

The software, has been developed and is owned exclusively by iSoft-Solutions, inc. and is protected by United States Copyright Laws and International Treaty Provisions. You are allowed to make one copy of the original software solely as a backup copy or for archival purposes. You may not copy any written materials accompanying the software.

Other Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, rewrite, resell, or transfer the software in whole or in part except as expressed in this agreement, without written approval from iSoft-Solutions, inc. . You may modify or rewrite the software for which you have purchased a license for your personal use only. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by iSoft-Solutions, inc. , it's heirs and successors.

Limited Warranty

iSoft-Solutions, inc. warrants that the software will perform in accordance with the enclosed written materials for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. No other warranties, expressed or implied shall apply.

In no event shall iSoft-Solutions, inc. or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, damages for the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other loss arising out of the use of, or inability to use this Software program and any errors or omissions of information in the documentation included with the software.

iSoft-Solutions, inc. reserves the right to modify this Licensing Agreement at any time.
